The Bull Solo RUST Base Design
The Bull Solo RUST Base Design brought to you by xRaw.
This RUST base design utilizes features such as compact item placements, anti-door camping measures, large storage capacity and anti-raid mechanics such as undrainable shotgun traps. The base design is cheap, compact, and quite strong for its size. At its core, the design relies on well-placed shotgun traps that are placed in such a way enemy players cannot see them without putting their bodies in vulnerable positions.
It costs more than 50 satchels to raid directly to the tool cupboard and well over 150 satchels if the raiders do not know the tool cupboard’s location. The base is designed to be effective for solos players on vanilla RUST servers.
This base also has the advantage of being easily expanded upon, as it is a “starter to main” build. This means it’s built in stages and each stage is a functional base. Players can live out of the starter portion and expand the base in stages as and when the resources are available to do so.

Hey guys and welcome back to another video.
In today’s video we’re looking at a RUST base design called “the bull”, a cheap, compact and easy to build base design which can be used for solo players, or as a strong starter base for duos upwards.
I know many of you have requested this so…. The floor plan of this base is simple, the core is a triangle with 3 squares on each side…. the full base simply adds a layer of triangles to the outside of this as honeycomb.
Slight disclaimer, this base does not require any blueprints and is fully functional without any blueprints, however I have used 2 in this design, the garage door and the shotgun trap, both of which I would recommend adding as soon as you have them available.
Coming over here we have all the items stored in this base, but you can definitely fit more if you tried.
We have your tool cupboard, workbench and research bench, followed by 6 furnaces, 3 shotgun traps and your sleeping bag and finally 11 large boxes and 3 small boxes all in the small space of 3 squares.
Coming into the base here we have your standard door-block airlock using 2 sheet metal doors to create a safe airlock and prevent door campers going deep.
Up here we have a few drop boxes and your research bench as well as some undrainable shotgun traps making it near impossible for raiders to get past this stage without draining the turrets.
Finally through this door here is the main core of your base , on one side we have your tool cupboard, workbench, 2 large boxes, 2 small boxes and 2 furnaces, with a loot room on the other, utilizing compact box placement as shown by Evil Wurst which fits 7 large boxes in a 1×1.
I do a number of base building guides on my channel so feel free to check those out!

You can find the cost of all of the boxes/furnaces used in this base in the comments! – now lets get into the build
