RUST Rotten Apples are an edible item found in RUST, located in and spawnable from the F1 console under Food. It is currently not obtainable via any known non-spawn method in-game.
When consumed, a rotten apple will restore 15 calories and 2 hydration and heal the player a tiny amount over time. It is clear from its appearance and longevity that many doctors were kept away throughout its lifetime.
