Ronald McDonald House Plushie

Overview

The Ronald McDonald House Plushie (RMHP) is a special cosmetic-meets-functional comfort item introduced in RUST’s October 2025 update. Released as part of Facepunch’s charity event supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities UK, proceeds from Steam’s Rust Item Store sales go directly toward helping families with children in hospital care.

Functionally, the RMHP mirrors the mechanics of the Pookie Bear and other plushies, granting a 70% comfort status effect that accelerates passive healing. Beyond its gameplay utility, it’s also a symbolic item representing RUST’s continued collaboration with real-world charities.
