Mushroom

The RUST Mushroom is an edible item acquired through foraging in heavily wooded, green areas similar to the Potato plant.

When consumed, the mushroom will restore 15 calories and 5 hydration, as well as heal the player a very small amount instantly. Despite the small amount that they replenish, they are often found in batches of 3 and are a go-to lifesaver in a pinch. Even late into a wipe, I carry them around on my hotbar.
