Mummy Mask
The RUST Mummy Mask is a low-tier headwear piece inspired by Arthur Conan Doyle’s “Mummy” character and is prime for use as a costume. It is a Halloween-theme mask with defensive statistics identical to the Headset and Snowman Helmet.
Because it is a full-head covering, it doesn’t allow pairings with other defensive items, such as the Bandana Mask. However, players can wear it with cosmetic Sunglasses, and it pairs well with the Dracula Cape.
The game depicts it as a menacing, dirty wrap-covered face, eyes askew and mouth agape. The lips seem to disappear entirely, leaving a snarl visible, complete with missing teeth and a color that would give any dentist nightmares.
While not as protective as other helmet types in the game, such as the Metal Facemask, it offers sizeable early wipe protection from radiation and cold for a very low Cloth resource cost. It may be recycled for half the crafting cost, yielding five pieces of Cloth.
The Mummy Mask may only be obtained and crafted by those who purchased the Steam item from the RUST or Steam Community stores. They do not require a workbench to craft. The Mummy Mask is also spawnable via the F1 console by RUST server administrators.
