The RUST Medium Animated Neon Sign is a deployable decorative ornament that can be applied to walls similar to Large Wooden Signs for base owners and authorized persons to ‘paint’. They were added to RUST during the Season’s Beatings! update in 2020.
Unlike the static wooden sign counterpart, neon signs require electricity in order to light up and display their colors. There are two types in addition to various sizes with those being simple neon signs, and the more electric intensive animated neons. Medium animated neon signs require 10 electricity to function but allow for multiple overlapping paintings to be done to show a movement effect.
Medium animated neon signs can only be crafted by those persons who own the steam item and require a tier 2 workbench.
