The RUST Fuel Tank Vehicle Module is a vehicle component available to modify existing modular vehicle chassis’. Facepunch added the modular vehicles in the Modular Vehicle Component Update on the 3rd of July, 2020.
Like all modular vehicle components, you can only add or remove this vehicle module by having the vehicle raised on a powered Modular Car Lift.
The fuel tank vehicle module will take up two spaces of a modular vehicle and provide a large, enclosed tank for transportation of water. Currently, the capacity of the tank is capped at 200,000 ML.
At the time of introduction, this module type was added with the intention of moving large amounts of fuel in the future, once pumping stations are added.
This component has an individual hit point value up to 325 which may degrade if enough damage is done.
