The Factory Door is a skin available for the Sheet Metal Door in RUST released as part of Facepunch’s introductory line of General Permanent Store items as part of the November 19th, 2021, update. Its original sale price is $4.99 USD and isn’t available for resale on the steam marketplace.
While possessing the same defensive statistics as the sheet metal door, this item’s overall aesthetic makes it a desirable skin for persons that run the risk of being door-camped. Unlike traditional sheet metal door appearance, the factory door has a relatively large window that allows players to look in and out.
In addition to being an in-game skin, it is also directly spawnable as its own entity type by server administrators from the F1 Console.
