Barbeque
The Barbeque is a player-built deployable that can cook a significant amount of food.
It provides many more cooking slots than a simple Camp Fire. Players must keep watch over a cooking barbeque, as once the meat is cooked it will quickly burn if not removed from the inventory.
You can fuel the barbeque by placing Wood into one of its inventory slots. Burning wood in the barbeque with or without food will produce Charcoal, which takes up a slot.
If your goal is to produce charcoal, other deployable items such as the Furnace will produce it much faster.
The barbeque cooks each slot in its inventory equally, so it will cook your meats faster if you separate them into each of the slots on the barbeque.
You can cook more than one kind of meat at a time on the barbeque. Each different type of cooked meat will begin to stack in any empty slot.
If all the slots are full, and there is no more room on each stack, then it will turn off, and eject the most recently produced cooked or burnt meat.
When not in use, it can provide for a small amount of base storage, and under the right conditions, a player can place another small box under the four legs.
If you plan to use stairs in your base and you want a convenient spot for the barbeque you can place a barbeque and build stairs over it.
In addition, the barbeque is one of few items in RUST that produce a comfort area of effect while lit.
